In StoneAge, the players live in this time, just as our ancestors did. They collect wood, break stone and wash their gold from the river. They trade freely, expand their village, and so achieve new levels of civilization. That is exciting and interesting. With a balance of luck and planning, the players compete for food in this pre-historic time.
Risk and grow as your ancestors did. Only then the victory ring sings to you!

No, it's a new game - not related to settlers. Probably more like Caylus or Pillars of the Earth.

I just played someone else's copy the other day and this was excellent. That person had just played Pillars of the Earth and remarked on the similarities.

We played it the other day. It felt like something halfway between "Pillars of the Earth" and "Cuba". Similar feel to both, but not as structured as Pillars nor as complex as Cuba. All in all a really good game.

Ratsin' fratsin' mumble grumble...I was only 2 numbers off. Of course, if I had picked 283 instead of 281, Goober25 would have won. Sorry, Goobs.
