Wow, I did not know that the number changed from twelve to thirteen. And it had been almost 9 years, too.

EDIT: I mean almost 9 years, eh?

What luck, my daughter was studying those in school this week and I just used her sheet. Bless the school system.

[8] Yelowflower!!!! YAY!

Nitpick: One of the answers is missing a "'s" -- and in effect is a city in the wrong province!

I am completely geographically challenged and I didn't get the theme at first... Some of those clues did not make any sense to me... once I read some comments, I smacked myself and found a list, and I was okay though...

[11] Yes. After two I got the theme and found it easier to look at a *insert document where the words relating to the theme can be found* and fill in based on length and characters. Kinda sad when hypercrosses work like that, in my opinion.

there are a few that make no sense to me. I filled them in from a list.

[14] I agree. I don't understand how some of the clues relate to the answer

[15] for instance... in clue #3... after putting the first image + the second image... how does the rest of the word relate to "yours"? and then it is used again in #7. I simply do not get that reference.

[16] I backsolved the meaning of the "mine" and "yours". Probably would be more obvious to half the population of Canada, or everyone from a certain country in europe.

[17] ah... I see it now. that was kind of random.

With my wife being a Newfie this was a piece of cake!

#6 is wrong.
