Fun! (On my honor, I will try...) :-)
[4] Say the two things together. It'll help a lot if you have the letter where #3 crosses it.

[3] for #5... you know what time it is... but you need to remove some letters
for #8 you want his title
[6] but what is that "thing" on the right? Juice? jug? bottle? urine? too many vague answers for that. And I'm not sure "why" the cross letter is not helping me. :)

finally a wiki one the topic lead me to the answer for #10. I guess I don't get mine in a bottle that shape. I get other things in a bottle that shape though. Good puzzle none-the-less

Now I want some Samoas and Tagalongs. And Do-Si-Dos. (Yes, I know it's the wrong gender, but too many things make me think of cookies!)

[19] Say it out loud and kind of run the two words together.
For those still struggling, another version of these clues can be found here: http://www.tanga.com/crossword_puzzles/666-3-6-...
Not in the same order, but it might help you.

[22] Yeah, when I saw that one released with this one waiting in the hopper, I knew I needed to be prepared for the possibility of plagerism tags. Thankfully, things took a good turn on this daily puzzle. (I'm afraid I can't work the outdoor code into this comment, which is a shame, because, as an American...) :)
