AWESOME!

Got them all but the "Do with less so THEY'LL have enough" one.

The puzzle author is unfortunately not very "brite."

#8 is misspelled.

[3] Yeah, that one is spelled wrong, as is the 4th answer.

Awesome, just freakin' awesome. Knew every one right off the bat. Boy do I feel sorry for anyone who didn't grow up in the US in the eighties.

how do you get around that spelling problem

[3], [4] Argh; I hate that. So how is it supposed to be spelled (for this puzzle, I mean). Is it plural? Even spelling with "brite" (well "brites") it doesn't work. Ick.

How do we get around the typo?

Why is there always a spelling mistake?

[5] Ack! Two spelled wrong? How the heck are we supposed to know how to spell them the way that counts?

Edit: Got the right combo now.

[7] Spell it differently? Tanga will tune you out if you spell it right. Best to spell it slightly wrong.

Any salt on #9? Still stuck.

[7][9][11] Fix the spelling in [3] first.

Ok, have all the answers but its not taking it due to spelling issue with # 4 & # 8 - How did you all solve this problem?

Why does this seem to happen so often??

I know the correct spelling, but for this puzzle does #8 need to be spelled with a "g" and does #4 need to have an "oo" near the end? I'm still not having it accept my answer.

Was the fourth from the bottom spelled correctly, or did the puzzle author spell it with an "i"?

[13] TY

Can't get spelling for 4 & 8!

.

[12] There's a two letter abbreviation for the guy on the left. The rest should follow. That is, if I'm right. I can't get the 7th one.

[2] Gee I don't know what it could be..

[16] No problem. I still haven't solved #9, though. The one with the WWII slogan. Any salt?

[12] The first picture (without the text!) would also get the corret answer!

[20] Thanks!!

The guy on the right in that one is Joe Rogan.

I am SO angry about this one...

even the most obvious misspellings wont take...

I Am Sofa King We Taught It

could anyone salt me about number 2? I'm just not getting it! :(

I've tried all alternate spellings with no luck on # 4 & #8!! Some have already solved this...how about some salt???

This puzzle is full of fail. Author gets an F-.

THis place has become an armature hour comedy of errors lately

I got them all, but just cant get the spelling right for bowtune

please someone tg me thanks

#2 : I'd be lion to you (5 times) if I said I couldn't help.

for the misspellings, [15] is correct.

That was pretty tough ... I'm amazed at how many I was able to get without looking them up. The one with the army guy was particularly tough ... I was lucky to spot it on a list. Also, the spelling tripped me up on a few of them.

GRRRRRRR - finally solved it - but this was crazy...

I would have enjoyed this puzzle if it hadn't been for the spelling issues.

[28] Me either, I think I have the rest

can anyone do a spell check for me?

I can't seem to get the power one. Any help? I'll take a TG...

[28] on the left, that's not referring to an amp or a watt

finally figured out the miss-spellings...

any one tell me how to get the bow and the tune intersection to work??

[40] tune = toon

[38] Thanks, that did it for me. In at 95th.

heh... finally figured out which one was giving me fits. It wasn't one of the misspelled ones either! Still, not a well crafted puzzle overall. I just take solace in the fact that this is a free service.

tanka thanks

haven't got the gummy bears

[40] TG sent

Oh dear god. Is there *no* quality control around here?

45....yes you do....

I have all the answers, but the spelling issue is holding me up....could someone tg me the correct spelling?

[45] Y are you spelling it that way? Hmmmmm :)

[45] you are SO CLOSE on that one. I think you can figure out Y.

[45] "I" havent got the gummy bears

The only BRIGHT spot of this whole puzzle was that because of my kids, I knew them all.

Ok, I'm a noob, but I think the 8th one is not spelled correctly in the puzzle. I spent so much time checking the ones I wasn't sure about that I missed out on top 100!!!

This puzzle had so much POETENSHALE of being good. :o(

silly spelling mistakes....

This could have and should have been a great puzzle

My first Hypercross is getting posted on Friday, go easy on me everyone!

Fun concept. Thanks for trying.
Question: I've only been on this site about a month, Is correct spelling optional, or is it part of the "puzzle?"
More often than not, the puzzles have spelling errors or other inexplicable oddities. I have a couple puzzles I would like to contribute, but if messing with the spelling/logic is part of the game, I would like to know before I do.
