Since Part 1 narrows down the theme, degree of difficulty is raised by 1. Good Luck!

[1] Yeah, I thought that would make it easier to figure out the theme here, but so far, I am drawing a blank

Edit: sheesh; took me to the last clue to pick up which one we are talking about this time!

nicely done, though #9 was tough... gotta go catch my breath on the other puzzles now

I think #15 is spelled wrong.

Help wit h #9 Its not airhead

Any help on #13?

A couple of challenges but not too bad.

what am I supposed to be looking for in 9?

Never Mind, trying to keep aliens from reading your thoughts I see

[2] Take a deep breath, you'll get it.

#9 - What's that on his head?

Salt for 17 and/or 13?

[4] You are correct. [1] Was checked to assure the words fit in the puzzle, please add an "e" to the end of #15.
---------------
By the way, sorry about some of the clues yesterday, I know "tilde" was a groan but I couldn't pass it up.

[6] what are the lines called?

Any help on number 4

[13] wiki conical irish rock

[6] and [10] If you're targeting someone and they are "in your sights", they could be said to be in your ...

Just need help with 13, I don't play FPS too often...

Grrr.. not taking my answers..

[16] Nothing to do with FPS games.

[12] Any other hints for 17?

Edit: NM. I got it, but I have no idea what [12]'s hint means.

Help with 17?...yellow and black F...it's not coming to me

[17] TG me what you have

I must be the only fool who cannot get 21. No-one else has mentioned it!!

EDIT - Got it. I must be intolerant tonight. (great puzzle!)

[22] The theme is right in the middle

[22] The eggs are misleading. Think milk, cheese, ice cream

[22] What facility would produce all those? And if you say 'cow', I'll tie your shoelaces together.

I still need help with #13.

phew, 37th. I'm still a freaking genius afterall! fun - thanks.

[26] No word play on that one. It just is what it is

[26] comment 15 has great salt for you

48th. Had to come back for salt...

There we go.. Had #11 wrong. 66th.

I can't figure out if I have #9 or #11 wrong ...

EDIT: Finally found the right combination of words.

Okay, any hints on #11?

Never mind. Post & Comprehend.

[33] I don't know for sure because I haven't solved it, but I think it has more to do with the location than any object in the picture.

Any salt for #17? It hurts my eyes to look at it too long.

[34] what do you see in the image? Say it aloud with the theme word.

Nice puzzle! (But I shudder to think how hard the next one will be, if the difficulty is raised by TWO!) :-) Thanks, steph_frolin!

I liked the puzzle but the flip-flopping on how to apply the theme-picture connection was frustrating. Some times the theme was part of the picture and some times it was added to the picture. Over all, good fun again though.

Can someone review my answers? I've got them all filled in but it's not taking it. = (

Have everything but #13. Just not getting it, even with [15]'s salt.

[38] send them along
[37] That was the increase in difficulty mentioned in [1].

[38] send them along
[37] That was the increase in difficulty mentioned in [1].

The thing is, [40], the inconsistency doesn't feel like an "increase in difficulty", it feels like an inelegance, as if you just couldn't really get it all to work right. Inconsistency is one of my least favorite forms of inelegance.

[39] If I were going up against Franz Ferdinand and he was trying to "Take Me Out", it's what he "just" is (other than being "a shot away from you"...)

13 was the last clue I got as well...

13 wasn't too much of a problem for me, but totally lost (having solved the puzzle) how one comes up with 19, other than the intersects and the theme.

Is this a tv show reference that I've missed? (as usual - never watch it)

Any hint on #11? It's not PARK or VANS. NEVERMIND... I didn't see the water.

[45] what kind of city is likely to have lots of cranes and containers?

[40] aye... agreed. still frustrating. :)

[44] you would really only know it if you had seen the movie it came from. you have *NOT* seen the movie then back slowly out of the room because it is probably one of the funniest movies made.

#11 - I think SHIP is equally valid......

What am I missing in #4? It's my last one.

[49] look at [14]

oh fer crissakes. You'd think I wouldn't mess up on the scientific freakin notation...

I was able to solve the puzzle, but I have never heard of #9 before.
