Cute & bright for safety. Will use for beach vacation. I will be holding child in my arms the entire time but if worst case scenario I drop her & she is unconscious this is bright enough to easily find against the colors of the ocean. Some other designs were cuter but my biggest concern is visibility.

I bought this life jacket for my 3.5yr old daughter and it works great. It has a cute design and I feel reassured while she’s in the water. Some reviews said it is on the smaller side and I agree. It says it goes up to 50lbs but this would not fit my 5yr old or 6.5yr old who are both in that weight range. Otherwise, it’s a great life jacket.

High quality life jacket, certainly does its job. The arms rub a bit and can cause a rash, a rash guard or long sleeve to protect tiny arms is recommended if you plan on all day use.

The other reviewer is right. Did not even come close to being able to zip up the best for both of my children (one at the bottom and one at the top of weight range).
