I like my sansa a lot. It's an e260 I think. Got it from woot a while back for 40 bucks. I think they're a lot nicer than iPods personally, as long as you don't have too many songs in the protected file format

Will this be the last of our awesome deals for Black Friday/Cyber Monday?

I just got one of these for my fiance. I've had several Sansa players over the years and have been thrilled with them.

If you want to go to expand the player switch to the opensource RockBox firmware so that it will do anything from playing extra formats (.ogg files for instance) and can even run extra programs. (a buddy with one of these had Doom running on his) If rockboxed you can also go up to a 16gb microSD card instead of the base limit of 2gb max.

I don't know what happened... but we got a pair of c150's... the 150s suck, I want my 250s

[6] That's exactly what happened to me. Plus I placed another order for 3 more units, which haven't even arrived! I've sent multiple TG's, no response. I'm starting to think I just got ripped off $80 (plus shipping). So not cool.

I have written two Tangagrams and tried to call customer service.. I understand with the holidays and such that they might be slow to respond... but I’m pretty angry about this one. In the past when there was a screw up with a game I ordered from Tanga they took care of it right away and sent the correct game, and let me keep the one sent by mistake! Hopefully Tanga will fix this - and quickly, these were presents and I was quite disappointed when the wrong items arrived. The 150's are junk - the 250's are great! We want our 250s!!!! If this isn't taken care of, I'm afraid to say that I will not buy from Tanga again, and I will most defiantly not recommend them to any friends anymore (which I had done in the past, and I know people who purchased from Tanga on my advice - I know a loss of my business is a drop in the bucket, but asking to get what you paid for is not that harsh of a demand!)

Below is a copy of the last Tangagram I sent on the subject, if I don’t get a response soon I will send it off to my CC company and seek restitution that way.

On Dec. 1st I ordered 2 Sansa c250 mp3 players. When the package arrived it contained two c150s. The c150s are greatly inferior to the c250s and I would like a refund or a replacement. I have ordered from Tanga before and I would like to in the future. I'm not sure what happened, but the c150's are very cheap, crappy mp3 players that I would have never purchased. The Tanga 'ad' clearly states, shows and describes the c250; which is a great product... but like I said before the c150 is a cheap, AAA battery driven with no memory card slot. I will not use these c150s - they are a waste of money, the kind of mp3 player that you find in dollar stores and such. Please send me a pre-paid package to return the c150s after either a pair of replacements has been sent, or a refund credited to my account. Thank you for tanking the time to rectify this. I have so far been a very happy Tanga-ite, and I do not want this one error to change my opinion of Tanga to a negative one. Thank you very much.

I emailed them as soon as I opened the box and found that I'd received a c150. As of today, I've heard nothing back. I wonder how many others had this happen to them......

I heard from Tanga yesterday. It's a supplier problem. The supplier refuses to believe they shipped the wrong units and will not rectify the problem. Tanga promised me a full refund and let me keep the 2 c150 units. I can sympathize with having to deal with crappy suppliers. So I'm ok with Tanga now.

Me too... I was getting a little angry, but with the holiday season I was not too surprised by the time frame. I got a reply from TangaJen and she said they processed a full refund.

If Tanga would divulge the contact information for the shipper; I could show them pictures of my crying children when they opened the c150s on Christmas morning as proof they sent the wrong stuff. ;)
