First on the easy one. Hasn't happened in a while.

MOSPK? WTF?

No clue on this one.

Good evening. What is the significance of the fruit next to our names in here?

read the blog titled

New Tanga Point Program

this will explain our sudden fruitiness

any salty salt?

Tangaization

Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees.

So, is "-s" part of the puzzle, or some kind of signature?

Umm, got the answer, but part three seems broken to me...

[11] Hadn't noticed that. #3 is wrong.

Actually, the "-S" applies to the 5th part... though I think most people would figure it out without the "-s" just fine.

If #3 is wrong, what would be right?

#3 would be right, if the title were "Casper Ghost meets Wendy"

[14] I think "Dick Tracy Meets Gruesome" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0039320/) would do it.

[15] & [16]

Thanks that cleared it up for me

Finally got it. That was terrible.

(And so will its namesake be)

* It took you 17 minutes and 7 seconds to solve this puzzle.
* You were the 10th Tanga member to solve this puzzle.
* Average solve time: 15 minutes and 28 seconds.
* Median solve time: 17 minutes and 7 seconds.
* 9.615% of Tanga members that have attempted this puzzle have solved it.

WOOHOO...I actually GOT my point for it tonight (better than last night grumble)

I agree with [16], and I'll add that Will Ferrell's film "Stranger Than Fiction" might have been a better choice for the second poster.

Nice answer, though. Solved a bit differently than the usual method.

mhe aarrrrghhh!

Well, having all the clues correct would have really helped me to answer this puzzle.

Is this #23 or 24 in the past 6 weeks that have been fatally flawed?

i must be a idiot , none of this ...
i dont have a clue to anything i have seen here so far.

Sometimes Tangaization is not just for one letter.

[8] was what set me on the right track.

[22] I'm in the same boat...none of the standard "tangaing" seems to be working here. :(

[23] Me neither...

I've got the phrase - still struggling where to go from there...

saoba

tanga tanga tanga tanga tanga..... la de dah la de dah

blblblblblbllblblblbbbbbllllblbl ...:-(

LOL, read comments and tanga, pb!!

I haven't looked at the hard one - wasn't this supposed to be "easy"?

before I go off on a wild goose chase - do I have to go looking for the stars of each of these movies?? or any other research?

I spose we must also ignore the first 2 words of #2, and the first 'the' of #4.... sigh....

Fine, when I get over my yucky sinus, I will make a couple of puzzles that hopefully don't fall to pieces when you put them in gear...

I got a phrase that I've heard before, but not sure what to do now.

[30] - I haven't looked at the harder puzzle yet either, but some of these easy ones are definitely not easy.

[32] When all else fails--Google!

Thank-you for your most astute advice... (slight tremor in my limbs)... I have been reading the comments, and tanga-ing.......
but thank-you ... *tick* *tick*

Response to #31- Yes, ignore the first two words on #2, but don't ignore the first "the" of #4. But, [16], [20], and [24] may help those stuck on this.

[20] That was a wonderfully fun film, by the way. [No, this is not hidden salt.]

groan :-) Thanks to my son!

[33] Thanks. I would never have known that.

a well-timed puzzle considering it's almost July 4th. The answer makes me smile lol.

Ugh...I just got it and, sorry, but not a fan. 2's sketchy, 3's broken. :P

[33] Thanks dajagr!

I tried putting my phrase into Google and got too many results. Finally noticed that a few of them pointed to the same answer.

I don't usually complain, but I really didn't like this one. First the numbers didn't seem to quite work out as expected and then, how in the world was I supposed to derive that answer from the phrase?

A computer game a movie and now this

I got the clue but had no idea what it meant without a nudge at home.

Alright! I got a point.

It'd be helpful if there was an explanation somewhere for first-time user so I'd know what I'm looking at here and what the point is, exactly.

The object of this is to come up with a one word answer based on the puzzle in front of you...

A site where we post stronger hints is boardgamegeek.com
the first post for todays puzzles is

You've come in on a particulary hard "easy" one tonight...

Sorry 3 is broken. My first attempt at making a puzzle. Three would work as stated above if it read "casper ghost meets wendy".

I really expected to get some sort of feed back before it was posted. I just uploaded it today.

just want to see my rank

haha. nice one. great when it finally clicks into place.

Figured out the phrase, but had to google it to find out what it referred to.

Agreed; this puzzle is broken. But a clever idea nonetheless.

Worked ok after substituting for third word.

OMG... the answer rules, btw. Must-see. ;-]

You need to have wasted hours in front of the tube in the mid to late eighties to make that last jump! Good thing I did!

Oh man, I'm a lemon! I had better go and see why.

[EDIT] Ahhh, too many puzzles and not enough purchases. Too bad. I'm not going to buy something just to get those 10 extra purchase points (though I'm sure I'll move up eventually).

So are we Tangabots or Tangacepticons?

Tanga is evil so I'm thinking the latter.

do you have to type it in as a phrase? or a single word?

oh...nvm. lol my first ONE word puzzle.

I just want to find out what my fruit looks like.

testing to see what fruit symbol I have

boo only a lemon

Fruit and salt Oh My!

...

heh
