WOOHOO...I actually GOT my point for it tonight (better than last night grumble)

Thank-you for your most astute advice... (slight tremor in my limbs)... I have been reading the comments, and tanga-ing.......
but thank-you ... *tick* *tick*
Response to #31- Yes, ignore the first two words on #2, but don't ignore the first "the" of #4. But, [16], [20], and [24] may help those stuck on this.
I tried putting my phrase into Google and got too many results. Finally noticed that a few of them pointed to the same answer.
I don't usually complain, but I really didn't like this one. First the numbers didn't seem to quite work out as expected and then, how in the world was I supposed to derive that answer from the phrase?
[EDIT] Ahhh, too many puzzles and not enough purchases. Too bad. I'm not going to buy something just to get those 10 extra purchase points (though I'm sure I'll move up eventually).

[11] Hadn't noticed that. #3 is wrong.

Actually, the "-S" applies to the 5th part... though I think most people would figure it out without the "-s" just fine.

If #3 is wrong, what would be right?

#3 would be right, if the title were "Casper Ghost meets Wendy"

[14] I think "Dick Tracy Meets Gruesome" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0039320/) would do it.

I agree with [16], and I'll add that Will Ferrell's film "Stranger Than Fiction" might have been a better choice for the second poster.
Nice answer, though. Solved a bit differently than the usual method.

I spose we must also ignore the first 2 words of #2, and the first 'the' of #4.... sigh....
Fine, when I get over my yucky sinus, I will make a couple of puzzles that hopefully don't fall to pieces when you put them in gear...

Sorry 3 is broken. My first attempt at making a puzzle. Three would work as stated above if it read "casper ghost meets wendy".
I really expected to get some sort of feed back before it was posted. I just uploaded it today.
