I got the first part, but then where do you go from there? There's no hints

Are we referring to semaphore or Java music? Is the background color significant? I've tried many things so far, none of which work.
edit: I've even tried answering: -- --- .-. ... . -.-. --- -.. .
Still doesn't work.

[2] I've tried several words connected with that, as well.
Heck, I even found a website with the name of what's in the puzzle (with a .org extension).
EDIT: I actually got a word out of it, if the messages in the puzzle were reversed. But that didn't work either.

[2] background color is unimportant. The actual message you decode is unimportant, also. I regret not being able to give you any better hints, though.

This is very much in line with one of my recently published puzzles... even the background color is similar (though that has nothing to do with the solution).

You solved this puzzle in 58 seconds and were the 28th Tanga member to solve it.
58 seconds... that's the best I've ever done on a Hard one!
