Seems like there should be a number 4 somewhere . . .
Edit: Nope, but the number placement lead me to overcomplicate things considerably!

Nothing seems to come of the 4 letters that are obvious

[5] Sorry about that . . . the picture I was using (but it turned out I never needed) was blurry and I thought there was an L where you found an I.
Step back and look at the whole picture--the numbers could just as easily be in a row somewhere.

I'm not sure which was more misleading--the placement of the numbers, or labeling this a "Hard" OWW, which made me incorrectly assume that some research was required.

Jewelia -I followed entirely in your footsteps even though you said not to. Oh well, I learned a little something, I suppose.
Finally saw the forest. Was spending too much time on the trees.

[10] Surprise I needed you to see this one, thanks. Less of a forest and more of a Doh! skipped over that method, it says HARD...

[8][11] Sorry if I misled you. I tend to err on the side of labeling puzzles harder than they are.
What kept this from being an Easy to me was:
a) if you don't recognize the picture, it's gonna be tough, and...
b) the number placement is kind of misleading (and also makes it just a bit hard to recognize the picture).

The number placement is horribly misleading. Sent me off to find out the names of the stars.

[12] yeah, i certainly don;t recognize the picture :(
I assume it's a constellation but I can't figure out which one.
After looking at google images for so long I literally am seeing stars.

[14] The three in a row diagonally in the middle should help... it's commonly known as a "belt".
