Is the 4th pic asking for the body part or the support?

wow... took me longer than it should of...
Just because the answer shows a link to social networking doesn't mean you need to know anything about that to get the answer... the pictures are pretty clear in providing the words. (IMO)

I use the social networking site in question but never heard of the solution until now; I avoid almost all those extraneous add-ons.
