Can't get the first word for anything.. I know what I"m looking for but not finding it. Teach me to cross off the wrong "A".

[12] Ah, that was intentional. It isn't a logic puzzle if you could simply anagram those 16 letters.

Yeah! bonus points still available after 22 hours!
I started a new job and can seldom be on line during the week when the new ones are posted, so mid-week points are a real treat for me!

Hint: A letter above or below the grid belongs in the column in which it appears; similarly, a letter on the left or right of the grid belongs in the row in which it appears.
And as others have said, start by figuring out the 4-letter word in the last row.
