I play f2f games with a guy named Sim, but I assume you mean the computer games. I do have an Italian version I picked up for free in Italy last year, but the language is different, unfortunately.
My kids have taken up 3.5 GB of space on my computer with Sims! (Mostly done by my college age daughter who loves to create people. Her brothers say it's because she doesn't have real friends)

I did quite a bit back in college when it first came out. My brother had received a free version to test and I 'permanently borrowed' it from him.
Haven't really played it since.
I also played SimCity back in '99 while I had the chicken pox and couldn't eat, sleep, leave my room, ect. I played it so much, I crashed the game...
