The inserts are a little smaller than I expected, and the Velcro does not seem to really attach to the fabric; you have to hold them in place while putting the mask on? They do keep the fabric away from my nose and are very comfortable while in place. If I place the insert into the pocket for the filter, I have the fabric against my nose and mouth which for me defeats the purpose of the insert.
