They look great but when I put my feet inside them, both have hard ridges along the inside foot pad. Impossible to walk in. Tried to return them but they seller refused the package return and it was sent back to us "addressee unknown". Not reliable seller. Not a quality product.

I had to experiment with size, and had a few nail biting waits for refunds (elsewhere) for ones that were the wrong size. I believed the size charts and bought a 9 but I was swimming in it. Tried an 8 which I eventually bought, but not before also trying a 7, which nearly fitted and all of them slopped at the heel because the sole is so stiff and the ankle not tight. My old ugg boots, after 23 years good service, slop like mad and are shorter in length than these, though size 8. I guess these just slop and that’s how they are The sheepskin is a delight to wear, cool when you put your feet in, and feel silky. Eventually the wool felts and shapes to your feet. These have removable insoles, which could later be replaced once they’ve flattened too much, or got too roomy. I bought black because I occasionally spill things on my Uggs while cooking etc, but these do collect dust, fallout, which shows! I think the grey would have been best. But I’m very pleased with them and the quality is great. I had my old Ugg’s, genuine sheepskin, like these, and also a pair of suede boots with faux fleece lining, and only the sheepskin remains fresh. I don’t have smelly feet, thankfully, but the faux ones are still a bit niffy! Real wool is the business.

Well, I bought these because I thought I was buying slippers and treated them as such Until, something was after the chickens. Ran outside in my good slippers I've grown to love, got them soaking wet, muddy I was crushed. Wait...my feet are dry, warm, what? Didn't ruin them? Nope, good as new.
