This item arrived straight as a ruler and keeps wanting to stay completely flat. This means the speakers constantly stray away from the ears where they belong. Tightening the band only helps to give me a headache. The design also requires me to place the mask almost completely covering my nose to get the speakers by my ears. The sound quality is mediocre even when I push the speakers to my ears. To be fair, the bluetooth latches on quickly, the battery life is excellent, and the price was cheap. I would not buy this unit again and will be looking for better quality elsewhere.
