I wear size 34 or 36 so bought the XL based on reviews saying they run small. XL were ok in waist but a little on the big side. Pants very comfortable and I got a color shown. The only negative is that they are cut for someone 5'10/11 or shorter. I am 6'3" and they were legitimatey 4-5 inches too short

Don't buy these joggers. I literally couldn't get them up my legs. These are so small they might as well be shorts.
