This device is great. I wear it everyday.

I was hesitant at first because of some of the negative reviews about battery life, and sluggishness, but I haven't had those issues. I've had the watch for 3 weeks now, and at first the set up was slow due to the updates but once I got the watch up and running I've had no issues. The watch is stylish, and works with any 22mm watch band. I was happy to be able to get this last gen watch for only $130.

This watch has everything that I need, I wanted a watch that can keep up with the Samsung's Gear watch and the Apple watch at a lower cost but having all the benefits, it is classy, the smoke color is unique and gives you the air of a smart casual gentleman with the possibility to upgrade it to a full dressy with a leather strap or keep it sporty, the watch is faster than the Gen 3, has more features, it pairs up perfectly with the Samsung Cellphone and its not complicated to use, the hearth rate monitor works perfect for me and the faces it has combines with every strap and style that I have, get the black leather and brown leather strap and you'll be good to go in any stile that you want, the battery life is great, from 2 pm to 9:50 with a hard use, opening and closing apps, music, and gps it only got 25% off, still 75% to go, great choise, great style!

Fossil is one of the leading watchmaker but in the segment of smartwatches it is lagging behind in some tech specs like GPS and HeartRate but now this 4th Gen Smartwatch from fossil got all which is required. this watch is just no less than Apple Watch except for iPhone users as the Apple restrictions will restrict some features like siri in voice assistance apart from that it is best for them also as it is cheaper than Apple Watch but still extremely powerful and elegant in design. Yes, i terms of design , it just clearly amazing ,elegant, stylish, luxurious and adorable. The craftsmanship of fossil is just unbelievable , they had just made the right thing with right tech and yes it is almost very similar to its predecessor 3rd Gen but it is quite more good looking as their are some little changes. Overall it's a watch for everyone as it supports both iOS and Android and has all the top class features of todays time.

Expected changes made and created a whole new perfectionism

I've had it for over a week and would say the thing I like about it the most, is that it looks like a watch. Most people I've talked to don't realize it is a smart watch until I tell them or interact with it. It looks like any other Fossil watch you can buy and I've swapped out the band for leather and silicone ones depending on what I'm doing. It always looks great! I mainly use this watch to view specific notifications from my phone (not all, continue reading to see why). My phone pushes messages, calendar notifications, and just critical stuff I don't want to miss. Activity tracking for running is also great, leveraging Google Fit and other fitness apps. The on-board GPS maps my run and provides critical vitals like heart-rate. Lastly, I've installed a handful of apps to help me access Google Keep notes, airport boarding passes, weather, and messages. The only thing this watch is missing, is a speaker. Before I purchased this watch, I thought this would be a deal breaker, but as it turns out, it's not, for two reasons. First, by not having one, it saves battery. Second, are you really going to make a phone call on your watch or want it to read a notification/Google search? For me I would say no, it's an awkward experience for you and the people around you. It may lack a speaker, but you get so much more. On-board heart-rate tracking, Google Pay, waterproof, and custom Fossil watch dials. My only complaint about this watch, which I knew before I purchased it, is the battery life. If you use this watch out of the box and just limit the number of notifications being sent to it and don't change any other setting, you are lucky to get 12 - 13 hours. If you disable WiFi and the always on display, you come closer to 20 - 22 hours, but it depends on how much you use it. Overall it's a great watch, but you might need a second charger to keep it going all day. Overall I can use it from 6:30am to 10pm every day without issue and typically have 30% left.
