I ordered two of these refurbished iPads. They were both in great condition and worked like they should with no problems. A grade C that could only be because of the old otter boxes they were encased in but still quite sturdy. I would have to say great service with shipment arriving timely.

The OtterBox case is very nice except for the home button is hard to push. The iPad works like a new one. Very nice.
