I would suggest watching the short videos versus reading as once you get the pump figured out, its a game changer. The pump does take some getting used too so stick with it. Life handsfree is amazing. The containers are much much better than the bags in my opinion!

These feel comfortable. I do not recommend the milk bags so I do not need the flanges. I ended up buying the milk cups. The milk cups do not come with the set. You have to buy those separate but they are worth it and fit nicely like the flanges.

I love how I’m able to do more things around the house and pick up my baby when ever I want . No more connected to the wall pumps . I do recommend this . It’s going to be even more reliable once I go back to work and pump

Easy to use, easy to clean, relatively comfortable. The least annoying flanges I have ever encountered.

These flanges make the pump my size and they make the pumps that much easier to use!
