Pieces like the rubber o rings immediately snapped in half when trying to apply pieces together mainly with trays. Wouldn't tighten when trying to tighten and fit from ceiling to bottom of shower ledge. Could easily pull it out meaning no way it could hold any amount of weight let alone its own standing weight. Would give no stars if possible.

Was missing pieces. Besides that, it was of poor quality and would not have worked very well in my shower. Customer service was good though.

Was fed up with my old wobbly caddy, bought this and am happy I did! This holds so much stronger. Installation required following the instructions properly, but nothing tricky. Very happy with the simplicity and efficeincy of the design.

Locking and tensioning are two steps. I was concerned with a few reviews but am convinced they did not do both steps. I have had three different ones of these in three years and this is by far the best. Does not shake and drop items off the shelf when bumped, holds really strong. I love the removeable trays so the scum can be cleaned off.

Clean design and looks nice in my shower. I wanted something that held all our bottles without the bottles falling over. This caddy holds everything in an organized way.

Love having this in my shower it makes it look so organized. It also wasn't hard to put together.
