these are basic but very sturdy and with removable weights to go up or down in resistance. Highly recommend.

My physical therapist gave me a paper with this exact 5 pound weights ( 10) totaled. I have Ms I also have3 herniated bulging disc's and have arthritis in my hips.Before doing exercises with the weight if I wanted to go upstairs I would have to crawl up. Now after 6 weeks I walk upright.i highly recomend.
