This Wireless Barbecue Thermometer allows you to measure temperatures from your Dutch ovens and smokers from 100 feet away. The thermometer includes a stainless steel probe, which is rated at 350C, attached to a wired transmitter that gets placed in the smoker or Dutch oven.
