This jacket has a zip front, but also has a magnetic cover to the zipper so it’s not seen. This jacket also has two front pockets for your hands, both of which zip and also a zippered pocket across your chest. This jacket is extremely heavy duty and warm. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend really liked this coat. He wears a size L in coats and jackets for them to be oversized, and this one fit perfect. Roomy enough to wear layers. The coat also has a warm taffeta lining on the inside making it really warm. The magnets on the front instead of velcro or buttons is also a huge plus. My son loved that it had thumbholes and many pockets, several on the inside and out. Soft fleece material on the inside. My son is 5’10 and wears a true Medium which is what we purchased. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This XXL snow jacket is a fantastic product for the colder weather. Most important, this jacket fits true to size and left plenty of room for a sweatshirt or layers underneath. I was impressed by the little extras on this jacket. Instead of buttons or snaps, the front zipper is covered by magnetic strips. They seemed to stay connected pretty well, but no idea if they will stay when under more stressful conditions. The sleeves have a thumb hole. I could see using these if I were skiing or sledding. If I am wearing for just a casual time, I don’t have to put my thumbs in the sleeves. The pockets felt just right for a winter jacket. Enough room to put gloves or other personal items you might need. Great snow jacket that I will be keeping for the winter months.
