Love my Beats, great product. I give it 4 stars and here’s why. The description for this product calls it an open box item, open box does not mean no box. If I had known it was going to come without a box I would’ve paid full price thru someone else. To me without the box, I was sold an incomplete product. I understand the logic behind not supplying the box at that low price, but the description needs to be changed

I bought these because of the Beats name, but the volume no matter how high you turn it up it’s not very loud. It has nothing to do with the seller but the brand. This was a huge disappointment.
