Received this last week and love it. So nice to vacuum without dragging a cord around. I’m very impressed with the outstanding condition. Looks brand new and came packaged so securely.

Definitely more powerful than our previous stick sweeper.

Purchased this as a surprise for my wife. She's been wanting a cordless vacuum for quite some time. Has plenty of suction, maneuvers great, and no cords are all a plus. Converts easily to a hand vac and the attachments are great.. Simple to empty the dust collector, and no bags to mess with. I would purchase this item again.

We bought this just for our tile floors, and it does pick up the dust & grit. But it is top heavy, nearly twice the weight of the expensive D___n brand. My wife has a weak right arm and struggles with the motor unit. A decent buy if you have a strong arm.

To me, refurbished, would at least be cleaned, but the whole vacuum looks, like someone cleaned and abandoned dusty house, returned it and then someone sent me the vacuum without refurbishing. I got no manual with it, so I don't even know if there are any pieces missing. For $100, I did not expect to get a filthy vacuum. I could hav bought one at the Goodwill in this condition for $30. I have requested a refund and I hope that Tanga wants a repeat customer and will take this back and not require for me to pay them return shipping for an item that should have actually have been donated to a thrift store.

I bought this based on a recommendation from my daughter. What a great product, however I have only gotten to use it once. My husband is always grabbing before I can get to it.
