The bucket is nicely insulated however the tongs that come with it are useless as they can't grip anything.

I like the bucket, just not the ice tongs. It’s difficult to pick up ice with them.

It did not keep ice frozen as it states it does. Not even half hour and ice starts melting. I put ice straight from ice maker to bucket and it did not last. Outside bottom ring gets moldy if it is left wet.
