I was provided a Spray Collar to facilitate this review, all observations, bad iPhone pictures, and opinions are my own. We recently got a puppy and a new home, so we were in the market for a small vacuum. I was thrilled to be able to try out the Dirt Devil Quick Flip 8V. The hand vac came packaged nicely, without unnecessary packaging. It was easy to unbox, charge, and run. Since we have a lab puppy, I was thrilled that this vac has a nozzle to get into the crevices where his fur goes. He sheds like it is his day job! The flip nozzle also gets down in between the couch cushions nicely to get all the crumbs that somehow end up in the couch when you have kids. I have also been cleaning the baseboards with this vac, it is awesome for that as well! This morning I used it to clean the dog bed, which made cleaning it super easy. When it is time to empty the vac, it is super easy to open, empty, and even dust out the filter. The box and instructions say the filter is washable, I have yet to do that yet. I cannot wait to be able to use it in my car, or in our camper.

We like crumbly foods, like potato chips. Our new Dirt Devil is ideal for picking up the residue. It has a bigger battery, and works even faster, than our previous Dirt Devil. We have pets and we wanted this vacuum for picking up small amounts of shredded hair and pellets. It works great for that. The power is fine for a small vacuum (not as powerful as a full size, but we expected that). Cleaning the vacuum is pretty easy too. Overall a very good vacuum. I also love to clean out my car with this and so happy with results. It gets the carpet and floor mats clean. I am able to get under the seats better and easier with my hand vacuum. Very easy to empty and clean.I am very happy with it and recommend to all my family and family. The extra flip nozzle is so handy for everything.

Seriously though, I'm really impressed with this Dirt Devil Quick Flip. The charging time- both initial and post-use recharge- is pretty fast, compared to a couple "other brand" handhelds I've got. It's easy to plug in, and the charging indicators are clear. It's got a lot of power, has picked up anything I've put it to, and is easy to empty/clean after use/fill. (So far I've sicced it on dog/cat hair, doggie nail clippings, popcorn kernels, sawdust from cardboard tubing, and some spilled rice.) It is well-balanced in use, very light weight and the grip is comfortable in either hand. We've had an age range from 4 to 50 use it, including three different sized adults. Everyone agreed about the feel and ease when using it. The crevice tool is easy to use- flip out of it's storage position, push a little bit into the intake opening, and away you go. It's just as easy to put it away. Nothing to lose, no fumbling with right/wrong way to attach, and stays firmly in it's storage spot until you want to use it. The only thing I don't love is the power switch- it's a slide on/off type, and being new it's pretty stiff to move right now. I feel like maybe a push on/off type might make it more universally user-friendly. Overall, this Dirt Devil Quick Flip handheld is a great little machine!

So far so good. Love the suction and versatility of the vacuum. Easy to use and charge. Does an amazing job cleaning on hardwood and small carpets. Easy to clean and maintain. Easy to charge battery. Not heavy. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT.

The dirt devil cordless charges really fast and last longer than some I've used. I love the little flip down accessory that really helps get in those hard to get to spots. Emptying and clean up are simple and easy . This is a great little cleanup tool .

I love the slim design of the hand held vacuum. The flip down feature of the small nozzle is very handy for those hard to reach crevices. The suction is adequate for small stuff as long as you remember to keep the filter clean. The battery life is ample for the small vacuum jobs that I came up with.
