Delivery was as promised. One thing I am not happy about is that the ear piece was not clean on arrival. I had to clean before trying it out.
The item that you delivered is not working on either of my three devices such as my android phone, my tablet and my laptop. Either one of the three devices is not connecting with what you delivered. Very poor quality. I would like to demand a replacement, otherwise you have to refund to me what i paid for the item.
