Might as well buy 2 cinder blocks and put a pillow case around these. They make for a great door stop or for self defense. Do not buy!

This pillow does not allow you to take out the shredded foam filling to adjust the flexibility and cushioning level. With all of my research of bamboo pillows they all said that you are able to adjust the inner filling, not this one. I wish I did not buy.
