The initial pressure washer did not come with all the parts included, but Tanga honored its return policy. I returned it without any problem and received a full refund. Encouraged by the honesty of the company I reordered and received a pressure washer with all parts included. I assembled the product, filled it with oil and gas and soon had it working. Though I have not yet done any extensive cleaning, everything seems to work fine. Thanks to Tanga for honoring their word and providing this pressure washer at a good price.
