I'm writing this because I see there is some confusion here. Different colours are different weights so you need to read the descriptions.Twills are not denim and are lighter and more comfortable. Nothing has changed about the sizing and the 505 (501) have higher rises (11.5") I measured them. Even if you are the same weight at 50 as you were at 20 clothes may not fit the same due to a change in bone structure and you may want a different cut or size.
