I needed a new computer and ordered this Dell laptop and it arrived quickly and works great

I got this for a friend who cannot afford a computer. I just set it up and it is a great little computer. It doesn't have a camera, but for my friend, that is a plus. It is such a good buy that I recommended it to another friend who has been using a terrible old computer that finally died. I bought it and he insists on reimbursing me. I'm glad the cost is low enough that he will be able to afford it.

These laptops far exceeded my expectations. They are used with a grade B refurbish. So I expected some blemishes/scratches. But these things look and run like a new laptop. I couldn't be more pleased with the product. Thanks, Tanga, for an excellent product and super-fast shipping.

Do I need to get an anti virus on this laptop?

Do you follow the step-by-step instructions that the computer gives you to connect to the Internet yet my home Wi-Fi Internet is not discovered by this machine although every other device in my house easily discovers the Wi-Fi network.. very frustrating, and now I have no help to get this problem solved. The computer comes with no instructions or paperwork for you to be able to call and get assistance. It’s like I have $120 paperweight.

This laptop was unusable. Couldn't even log in the keyboard was totally shot. Had to return and am still awaiting reimbursement payment. To be fair it was just delivered back on 9/8/23 so giving them a few days to refund. I don't recommend.
