All you do is put the paste on the wand and put on your teeth and leave it on. I could tell a great improvement in a few days. It is mint flavor and has a good taste. There is no sensitivity to your teeth. It is very safe for the enamel on your teeth. Really love this stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to personal reasons, my teeth have been a bit neglected over the years. That combined with shifting teeth has resulted in a ugly yellowing. Now that my overall oral hygiene is back on track, giving them a whitening spruce was needed. I’ve used whitening products in the past but they make my teeth so extremely sensitive it’s hard to keep them in my routine. I have absolutely ZERO sensitivity with this leave on gel! I started being able to tell a difference by my second treatment. There’s a bit of a learning curve getting the gel to stick in some of my teeth but overall pretty easy to use. I’m not confident enough to show before and after photos but I truly do see a difference, much much more than when I used whitening strips.

I like that this can be done in privacy of my own home. And it did not bother or hurt my teeth, since I have sensitive teeth. I would recommend this product.

This is very easy to use. The silicon style brush is easy to apply the whitening to your teeth. I apply once in morning and right before bed after I brush my teeth. I have noticed 2 times a day my teeth have become whiter.
