Please note: When the watch arrives and you open the package, remove the small brace that is located under the crown and push the crown in toward the body of the watch. If the watch hands do not begin to move it is because the original battery is most likely dead. Do not fret, however, because included with each watch is a new spare battery. If the new battery is needed, simply open the case back, insert the new battery and then put the case back in place.
