When I receive my product it didn’t come with any form of Instructions or any label name about the product or how to use it which was very confusing I have had a hard time even trying to set it up to my Wi-Fi I just wouldn’t recommend it for anyone I wish I could return it

This is my first cleaning robot, so bare in mind I am inexperienced. With that said, I couldn't be happier unless it washed my pile of dishes as well😆It was pretty easy setup. I had to connect it to 2.4g wifi but that was no problem. I am spraying some essential oil,vinegar,dish soap, water solution periodically and pausing to clean the mop pad ever so often cause I know my floor under the bed was, well...bad. It feels and smells so clean in my room. I love that you can use the remote that's included and/or the App. Now I need to give it googly eyes and ears or antennas and we're all set😝 Happy customer😁

This has been a great time saver for our family! Love it! We use the vacuum every day and the mop a few times a week.Vacuuming and mopping the "regular way" everyday takes so much time! Using this Robot is so easy to do and it can be done when we are out of the house! There's nothing better than coming home to a clean house! It does a great job with crumbs, dust, and other things that end up on the floor - due to my kids!It might not do as perfect of a job as if I were doing it by hand.... but it certainly does an impressive job for a robot! Highly recommend!

I purchased one of these for myself based on the reviews. It was a great decision! It is set to run at 10 a.m. every day. It works so well for the daily vacuum I ended up buying a second one and gave it to my mom for her birthday. She told me she didn’t want one because she thought it would be overwhelming to have it. She has told me numerous times how happy she is to have it and it’s made her day to day life easier with having two dogs that shed a LOT (husky and German shepherd). VERY happy with my decision to buy this product.
