I've been using this in the bedroom for about a month, and it's wonderful. It makes absolutely no noise whatsoever, not even when it turns on and off, and produces nice warm radiant heat. The thermostat works well, as I have a thermometer nearby, and it gets the room temp just right.I love the fact I can set an exact temperature, and I like that it has a timer so it turns off in the morning. Another huge plus is the ability to turn off the display for total darkness. Only the little icons remain, that don't light up the bedroom.Oh and it has a small remote control so I keep that on the bedside table to operate it, very convenient.The only downside I can think of is that it's heavy to move. I wouldn't want to bring it up or down stairs often.

It gives off a good amount of heat and the remote controller is very handy when you are cold in ur bed.
