The design of this sled is very interesting compared to traditional plastic sleds – the rear smaller circle is built to have the rider seat on it and their feet go inside the front larger circle while holding on with the handles. In application, these allows the rider to put more of their weight pushing them from behind while also allowing them to apply pressure to either side of the front for steering. It however doesn’t allow for a user to get a running start or really for them to push off at the start. The sled appears to be solid in build and does provide a smooth ride but we aren’t sure it much faster than using a snow tube or traditional sled. Read more

We finally got a chance to try this out last week, and despite it's odd shape, it worked really well!We had several different kinds of sleds, and this was the only plastic one to not break on our last trip sledding. Our kids put it through the ringer, and it came out with only a few scratches.It is easy to use, and the handles are nice and big to be comfortable holding with gloves on.They did go really fast, it cuts through the snow really well! As others have mentioned, I've also had a very warm winter here without any snowfall. So I can only speak to its construction, which is solid enough - not the flimsiest plastic but not very thick and stiff. There's a good amount of flex, but it doesn't feel it'll break easily. From what I can conjecture based on its size and design and experience with other sleds, this is intended for smaller people, so shorter than 5'6" and lighter than 150 lbs. Otherwise, you wouldn't fit and you'd just sink into the snow, depending on its fluffiness. So, perfect for up to young teens.The price is a bit high for a plastic sled with age/size limitations, so I docked it a star. Read more
