I've had my new Tone Pro 770 for a little over a week. The range away from my Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is pretty decent. I can leave the phone on charger up in my office on second floor of our house and be working in most parts of my kitchen downstairs on the opposite side of the house. Most of the time the phone is in my bag or pocket with the bluetooth device around my neck. Sound quality is excellent both in terms of what I hear and what others are receiving. It was awkward for me to get used to the controls since I've never used a similar device. It's just a matter of familiarizing oneself with where all the controls are for easy access when needed. I haven't even tried playing music yet. I was intimidated just getting used to the basic function. That happens when you're not fifteen anymore. I have had no problem at all with the magnets as some have complained about them. I think they may not be placing them properly. Mine stick perfectly until I'm ready to make or answer a call. I tightened my cords so there is no loop to get caught on things (that happened once with a seatbelt.) Now the ear pieces fit snugly into the storage well and are plenty long to plug into my ear when ready. It's all just a bit of a learning curve in my opinion. No big deal. My only complaint is that I can't find much helpful user information on the device. It says on the side of the box "text to speech." I'm not sure what this refers to but I would want a speech to text feature like my husband has on his Gear 2 watch. So that's my only gripe because I'm not super tech savvy and would like more straight-forward information on all the features of the device.

I bought this almost two years ago, I wore them every day in public when shopping, they did a great job of helping me focus and stay calm. they battery life was impressive, lasted all day. had great sound quality. it took twenty-three months before one of the earbuds stopped working. these helped me in a time when I needed it. I'm a lifetime fan of the brand, I've never had a set of headphones last as long as these or work as well as these. I can't find any place in Canada that sells the new "HBS-F110" brand but I will be picking up a pair as soon as they are available, until them I have a pair of "LG FORCE" that will help. keep making a great product.
