The phone does not come with a SIM card, it costs an additional $10. The tech support is practically nonexistent. You end up having to pay extra for tech support. There are no store outlets to be found anywhere. Terrible company, don't waste your money.

Really seems like a good phone, and Tanga is a great company. Received it just when promised (not early, though). Had hoped to use already activated FreedomPop SIM, but this phone called both I have "invalid." Activating the SIM that came with it at FreedomPop costs $1, Plus $10 they want to hold in case I use more data than I've paid for, Plus $7 protection money. Unfortunately, that runs the total package a bit higher than expected. FreedomPop used to activate a phone for $.01, no extras, but they've changed business models.
