A really incredible product. Cleaned my shower like never before.
The product arrived as promised. We have used it a couple times. It performs as promised.
For shower and tub, easier to reach high and not bend over and stretch to bet far side of tub. Main problem is that the phone number for support provided is NOT for this product, and no operator is available for assistance. It just gives an automated message and hangs up. Soooo you are on your own .
