I was super impressed with the sound quality and not only that, the lights keeping beat to your tunes make it so fun to display and use, just hooked it up to my phone's Bluetooth and it was a dance party!. And what a plus that it's everything proof! Comes with a charger cord and USB port for easy charging. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Altec Lansing HydraBlast Everything Proof Bluetooth Speaker, is a fantastic little Bluetooth speaker. Upon removing from the box, I was able to easily pair the speaker with my phone, and could use it without the need to charge. Really really simple and easy connectivity, I was extremely impressed with this, as speakers I have used in the past have been annoyingly fiddly, definitely not an issue with this speaker. There is also a USB connection, which I really like as it gives me options for use. I was also able t o pair it with my Laptop and PC easily, really really impressed with this feature. The sound quality is great for such a small speaker and absolutely perfect for when I am outside in the garden, or in my workshop. Don't expect there to be super base (this is not made for that), but the output is clear and the volume is loud. The speaker is extremely durable, made from good quality materials that will stand up to be bumped around, obviously I did not test this feature, but am not afraid that it will be damaged if I knock it off my workbench or table. The lights on the speaker are an extra touch that I really like, they will play along with the music and don't look cheap like other products I have seen. They are fun and definitely make the speaker more attractive. Overall, this is a really awesome product that has replaced my other Bluetooth speaker, and as a father of teenagers, I will probably purchase the same model for them too. Great product that I thoroughly recommend.

Bass is amazing and the hook that came with it are it super convent to hang up basically anywhere. Charges fast and easy. All controls are super easy to use and Bluetooth is super easy to connect

We use it primarily at our kids cross country practices and the speaker is loud enough to hear across the field. I can see the speaker lasting a while. It is very well built just like our other Altec Lansing speakers are. If you want big sound at a small cost, this is it. And it is waterproof!

I have 2 very young children who tipped into the package before me and dropped the speaker on to the sidewalk, there was no damage to it and it worked with no problem once I got inside. This speaker is going to be great for the lake as it is waterproof and floats, it also charges my phone right on top of it.
