Very easy to assemble and strong construction WAY better price than the manufacturer website! It came complete with swivel seat resistance bands assembly hardware DVD’s and was brand new! I’m still on the level one setting and still feel as I’m getting a good workout If you’re looking for a comfortable way to get some exercise and if you’re like me crawling around on the floor is not an option buy it from tanga.
