I got the bern comet helmet in mint color for ages 8+ for my grandson who is 10 years old to wear while riding his bike or hoover board and it fits perfect, it looks great and he isn't complaining about wearing it like he did the one he had before so I think its more comfortable than his previous helmets. I really like that is has a sun visor that helps keep the sun out of his eyes and doubles as a sweat rag on those hot days. It easily adjust for a secure tight fit on the chin strap which is a must for any child that is always in a hurry to do something. We purchased Bern Comet in Color mint ,for our granddaughter . She is very active at eight years old riding bikes and skateboarding. And this happens to be her favorite color and it protects her while she’s having fun it also has a visor that you can attach to it to keep the sun out. She loves you and so do we.
