It absolutely the perfect item for any one with back issues. This was a gift for my daughter she travels for her career, and has a bad back. She just inflates the item to what is right for her back, and it is comfortable.

Love this self inflating mattress pad. I purchased two. One self inflates better then the other but I love that you can easily inflate using the bag to the firmness preferred. We camped with these for two weeks using them on top of our cots. I will be be purchasing this for the rest of my family.

I’d been researching various alternative mattress options for my roof top tent. Lots of recommendations, but pricy options and I was reluctant to pull the trigger. Someone recommending the Qomotop, but at $99 a piece it still felt out of reach since I needed two of them. A quick search a few days later revealed this steal of a deal on Tanga at $35 each. Wasn’t sure about Tanga but I read some good reviews and pulled the trigger. Product arrived in 4 short days. The Qomotops are crazy comfy and was better than expected. Product was brand new with no issues or blemishes. Would highly recommend for camping or even as a spare mattress for out of town guests. An A++ experience across the board! Thanks Tanga!
