This is a fun and useful item. It goes around your neck comfortably and blows out cold air. There are even 2 adjustments and no batteries. It requires a charge and the cords are included. Ladies in a certain stage, walkers, runners and people who tend to run hot (me), will find this helpful for staying cool in all of those scenarios. It will certainly come in very handy in the summer. I have only used it for 2 days so I can't speak for how it will hold up but so far so good!
