Instructions said don't put on the stove above medium heat, unless boiling water, then you can go up to medium high. Used the small sauce pan once on medium high to reconstitute some broth concentrate. Washed it within one hour with dish soap and a nylon brush and it chipped on the bottom. Everyone online and family said that's crazy you have to try hard to damage stainless, it must have been a fluke. So we returned it and bought the same thing again. Tried the same exact thing with the same pan, only this time on medium instead of medium high heat. Didn't even get to boiling. This one chipped again. Returned it in a heartbeat.
