I enjoy the Cordless Water Pic Water Flosser 360. It really works as necessary. I just don't like this Battery. It's not easy to replace when a problem arises. So, now you have this beautiful unit, and how do you replace these Batteries? These Nickel Batteries have to be done with extreme care, or you can destroy the entire unit. There's a cotton cord where you have to be very careful distributed back with New Nickel Batteries. Then you need to put some Vaseline to get the unit going again smoothly. I really enjoy my Water Pic Cordless 360, but you wouldn't want the headaches that go with this item? I experienced a Battery need, and I did open up this unit, but, once you get to the part of the Batteries, you can destroy this unit. Thank You!

The product arrived in the original box that was fairly beaten up but the product appeared to be new and unused and functioned well. The price was good so all in all I would consider it a good value.
