[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from my prior WaterPik and I am so glad I did. This is so much more compact and fits better on my vanity counter. Also, being cordless, I again have an open plug to use for other appliances as needed AND I don't worry about using water around electricity. The selection of heads is larger. I like the ease of the dial control for force with so many possibilities. The cord is long enough I don't have to move the ION to use it. The magnetic handle holder is so easy and nice! I can't imagine how it could get any better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used the ION Waterpik a few days now and am really impressed with it. It is much quieter than my old one and I like the fact that it is compact and takes up a lot less space on my counter. Also, the fact that it holds a charge for a few weeks without having to be plugged in is a definite plus. All in all I am impressed with this unit and the ease of using it. A definite improvement over my old one.
