BY USING THIS PREPAID PHONE CARD (“Card”), YOU CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. In no event will SpoofCard, its employees, agents or any cooperating providers be liable for any punitive, special, indirect, reliance, incidental or consequential damages. SpoofCard makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability or fitness for any particular use or purpose of the Card or the services provided by SpoofCard. It is illegal under federal law for telemarketers to use the Card or other technology to mask or alter the telephone number from which they are making telemarketing calls. In addition, it is illegal under the law of many states to record a telephone call without informing the other party that the call is being recorded. Before using the recording capability of SpoofCard, you should determine whether it is legal in the state where you are calling from and the state where the party you are calling is located to record the call without informing the called party. If you do not know whether such recording is legal in both states, you should inform the other party that you are recording the conversation. SpoofCard cannot monitor conversations to determine whether they are being legally recorded. SpoofCard disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for your use of the Cards recording capability. Your ability to use the Card may be suspended or terminated without notice if SpoofCard has reason to suspect fraudulent use or use in connection with any illegal or unlawful activity. The Card is not returnable or exchangeable unless defective. Accounts expire 6 months from first use and minutes left will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred. An $.89 fee per 15 days applies. Toll Free access from a payphone will incur a $0.90 per call surcharge. Call are billed in one-minute increments.
